Over the period of 5 days, a group of 16 Umniah employees attended an intensive workshop designed and delivered by the renowned international trainer and consultant, Fay Niewiadomski of ICTN. Fay brings in an experience of more than 40 years with extensive work on attitude change through theatre. The workshop focused on specific skills related to the design of an effective training through the application of best techniques. Umniah employees enjoyed the course and interacted with each other to learn new skills, and now are in the process of preparing for their own training workshops.
