Valentine's Spa Specials

“We're told it's one of the most magical settings in Arlington,” said Dr. Joan Bergstrom, owner of the Sanford House. “We want to share that magic with couples for their special day.”
The specials at the spa are two pampered day packages at discounted rates, both of which include a spa lunch by the inn's executive chef, and wine or champagne. Bergstrom says she wanted to create a truly one-of-a-kind gift for men to give their sweethearts.
“It's so hard for men to know what to get,” she said. “An experience can be the best gift of all, something unforgettable. She wants to completely stress free for a day and that's what we do.”
She says the Valentine's Day dinner specials at Sanford House were also created to be memorable.
“Every romance movie has the guy cooking dinner and messing it up. We don't want that to happen in real life. Our executive chef will take care of everything – the perfect date.”
