Since 1958, Joyland Country Music Night Club has been bringing country music live to Southwest Florida longer than any other bar or club in the region. Originally part of the Joyland Amusement Park in Pinellas Park, this celebrated hub for country music spread its wings in the early 1990’s and eventually opened a venue in Bradenton in 1994. Coming to Joyland on February 8, Chris Young has been one of the most revered names in country music since jumping onto the scene as the winner of Nashville Star. In his illustrious young career, Young has recorded such number one country hits as “Voices,” “Getting’ You Home (The Black Dress Song),” and “The Man I Want to Be.”
Also joining the all-star lineup of country stars to play at Joyland is Jana Kramer, performing on February 10. Famous for her role as Alex Dupre on the hit drama television series One Tree Hill, Kramer has enjoyed success as a country artist since her self-titled debut album came out in 2010 from Elektra Records.
