Feb. 6, 2013 - Clarksville TN-Around the Octagon (ATO) has just released their Top Ten list of Pro MMA fighters in the state of TN. SSF Submission Academy of Clarksville, TN topped the charts with 6 ranked fighters. The fighters from SSF included Nate Landwehr, Thomas Campbell, Chris Coggins, Cory Alexander, Steven Durr and Michael Graham. No other gym in the state had as many Pro Fighters on the list as SSF.
SSF Pros have recently fought in major shows such as Bellator, Strikeforce, OneFC and XFC. SSF Submission Academy’s owner and head trainer, Ron Dayley said, “SSF has always been at the top of the amateur and Pro rankings for TN and KY, this is just further proof that no other gym in the state, let alone Clarksville comes even close to SSF”.
SSF’s Nate Landwehr is at the top of the 145lbs class in the XFC and should be up for a title fight soon. Landwehr and teammate, Thomas Campbell, both fight Feb 22nd in Charlotte, NC. Landwehr’
s fight can be seen on AXStv. Fellow SSF teammates, Chris Coggins and Cory Alexander, both have fights coming up in April for 3FC in Pigeon Forge, TN.
