Joel Luber concentrates his practice in estate planning for high net worth clients, estate administration, Orphans' Court practice, and general corporate and income tax planning. In addition, he maintains an active role in counseling clients in corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, redemptions, shareholder and partnership agreements, employment agreements, nonqualified deferred and equity based compensation agreements, and commercial real estate transactions, including financing and exchanges.
Mr. Luber comes to High Swartz from full-service law firm Offit Kurman, where he worked in the Philadelphia, PA office. He is a member of the American Bar Association’
Kevin Cornish focuses his practice on commercial, civil, and contract and business litigation. His clients include individuals, as well as local, regional, and national businesses. Mr. Cornish has handled cases involving contract disputes, the Mechanic’s Lien Law, the Contractor Subcontractor Payment Act, the Unfair Trade Practices and Consumer Protection Law, the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, the Real Estate Seller Disclosure Law, and the Landlord Tenant Act. His experience includes resolving cases through trial, arbitration, and negotiation.
Prior to joining High Swartz, Mr. Cornish represented clients as a litigation associate for a prominent Montgomery County law firm, as well as a small firm in the King of Prussia, Pennsylvania area. He is a member of the Pennsylvania and Montgomery Bar Associations, and is admitted to practice in the U.S. District Courts of Eastern, Middle and Western Pennsylvania. Selected as a 2010 Pennsylvania Rising Star by Super Lawyers, Mr. Cornish earned his J.D. from George Mason University School of Law and his B.S. in Crime, Law and Justice, (With Distinction)
Andrew W. Ferich concentrates his practice on commercial, real estate, and municipal litigation, as well as tax related matters. He joined High Swartz after serving a two-year clerkship at the firm while in law school. Mr. Ferich earned his J.D. from Villanova University School of Law and his B.A. in Government from Georgetown University. Currently, he is working toward an LL.M. in Corporate Taxation and Estates at Villanova University School of Law, concentrating his studies on corporate taxation. A resident of Lower Merion Township, Pennsylvania, Mr. Ferich is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, and is a member of the Pennsylvania, Philadelphia and Montgomery County Bar Associations.
