Feb. 6, 2013 - PRLog -- SOMERS POINT, N.J. – Jersey girl and self-proclaimed Million Dollar Party Girl™ Lynn Bardowski has many fond memories of her years growing up at the Jersey shore.  The entrepreneur, motivational speaker and author returns Feb. 24 to her former stomping ground of Somers Point as the inaugural guest of the Point Diner’s new Literary Luncheon series.

Recently named “Trailblazer of the Year” by the National Association of Women Business Owners and South Jersey Biz “Woman to Watch,” Bardowski will talk about her best-selling book, “Success Secrets of a Million$ Party Girl” with literary-minded diners and anyone aspiring to think big about their own lives and businesses.  The luncheon begins at 1 p.m.

“I’m as local as you can get, born in Margate then settling with my family in Northfield after the ‘March Storm’ in 1963, which many people have compared to Sandy,” says Bardowski.  “Like many of my generation who grew up at ‘the shore,’ I have great memories of listening to classic rock bands at legendary local hot spots, like Tony Marts. Saturday nights would inevitably conclude with a stop at the Point Diner, so I'm thrilled to head back as their guest."

Drawn from her life experiences and success as a business owner, mentor and trainer, Success Secrets of a Million$ Party Girl delivers 10 tips to get to the next level of your life, with the goal of finding your inner “visionista.” In the book, Bardowski defines a visionista as “a woman who knows who she is, where she's going, and guides her tribe of leading ladies to the top."

Bardowski, who currently resides in Audubon, N.J., is a working mom who overcame fear, failure, and mommy guilt to become a multimillion-dollar revenue-generating direct sales entrepreneur.   According to a recent Wall Street Journal Small Business report, just 1.8 percent of women-owned businesses generate more than $1 million in annual revenues.

The $10 fee for the Literary Luncheon includes Mediterranean salad with grilled pita, broiled crabcake sandwich, roast beef or turkey club, beverage, dessert, tax and gratuity.  Seating is limited so registration is recommended.  To register, call 609-816-4310.  The Point Diner is located at 1 MacArthur Blvd., Somers Point.  For more information about Lynn Bardowski, visit http://www.milliondollarpartygirl.com/
