Student creates ‘The Online City’

PRLog (Press Release) - Feb. 6, 2013 - Northumbria university student, Charlie Stelling, offers his own take on the traditional voucher code website. The site boasts its own user area, where members can share recent voucher codes, deals and competitions they come across, as well as displaying thousands of products from a variety of online stores. The posts made by users can be rated by others and users can earn a variety of 'virtual badges' for doing so.

Charlie (20) claims he created the website to help cover the cost of living whilst at university, and also as a project to show potential employers after graduation.

“The site has taken a little less than a year to create, but it has been fun to make and I have learned a load of coding techniques along the way”.

The site benefits from the membership of affiliate sites like Affiliate Window, Commission Junction and MoreNiche, which have all seen rising amounts of graduates joining their networks in recent years.
