Feb. 6, 2013 - PRLog -- Cary, NC – The International Society of Diversity and Inclusion Professionals (ISDIP), the first global comprehensive association for the diversity and inclusion field, is pleased to announce our schedule of International Insights video conference webinars for the first half of 2013. Hosted by global thought leaders, our webinars are designed to educate diversity and inclusion professionals about salient issues relating to diversity and inclusion in different countries.

Using HD video conferencing, participants of our International Insights webinars can share documents and applications in real time, chat directly with presenters across the world, and experience annotated learning for a dynamic hour of global diversity education. ►Switzerland - Reaching the Millennial Generation in the 21st Century Through Global Communications - 20 February 2013, from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. ET

Brittany L. Browne, Advocacy & Solidarity Officer at the World Student Christian Federation in Geneva, will address how diversity and inclusion professionals can be a unique voice in reaching the millennial generation in the 21st Century through global communications (#ISDIPSwitzer).

►Germany - The Power of Work-Life Flexibility - 20 March 2013, from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. ET

Astrid Bosten, Global Diversity & Inclusion Manager at Henkel AG & Co. KGaA in Düsseldorf, will share the company’s global work-life flexibility initiative and reveal how work-life flexibility is linked to unconscious biases (#ISDIPGerman).

►Canada - Leveraging Cross Cultural Competence for Optimum Global Performance - 18 April 2013, from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. ET

Laraine Kaminsky, Speaker and Global Diversity Strategist at Global LK in Ottawa, will show participants how to expand their global intelligence, learn to communicate and work effectively in global teams, and learn to drive business decisions using cultural competency to better understand markets, colleagues, and customers (#ISDIPCanada).

►United Kingdom - What HR Practitioners Really Think About Diversity and How to Engage Them - 22 May 2013, from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. ET

Charlotte Sweeney of Charlotte Sweeney Associates, Ltd. in West Yorkshire will reveal findings about diversity and inclusion from recent research, as seen through the eyes of the HR profession. She will also cover how D&I professionals can use this information to engage with their HR colleagues, which will bring about meaningful and sustainable change (#ISDIPUK).

►France - Driving a Global Shift Toward Flex Work - 12 June 2013, from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. ET

Lisa Kepinski, Chief Diversity & Inclusion Officer at AXA Group in Paris, will show how to drive a shift toward flex work from a global perspective. This session will cover some examples of what's worked and not, in addition to discussion from participants on their own experiences (#ISDIPFrance).
