“The hospitality industry suffers severely from the crisis that spread all over the world in the last years,” says Krasimir Trapchev, CEO and founder of the company. “This is especially true for small businesses, who struggle to survive and stay competitive in this environment. Our aim was to find a way to provide them with an useful management tool, without exhausting their budgets. This is how we came to the decision to provide the online reservation system and the Facebook booking application for free and only charge a reasonable fee for the complete management module. We see it as something to contribute to the success of small enterprises at a difficult moment”.
The developers of InnHand claim to have created the software concept in accordance with the specific way in which small accommodations like B&Bs operate. They opted for simplicity, ease of use, basic functionalities and mobility as main features of the product. “Payroll management, for example, is not supported because small properties are usually run by a single person or a couple.” says Trapchev. “Innkeeper is a complex job,” he adds, “they are frequently on the go.” Therefore, the application is mobile, web-based and will run on all devices - PC, smartphone or tablet and under any OS. It requires no special hardware or complicated installation and can be accessed from any location via web browser.
