Greytip Online new Claim Management system is capable of automating official expense claims and reimbursement process vastly.
The new module will offer a range of functionality to help the users configure multiple expense heads, define team or individual specific claim limits and rules for claiming expenses, payment cycles, mode of disbursement - cash/bank transfer etc. Claim groups and stipulated period/batch for receiving claims and making payments can also be defined using this tool.
It will provide option to create predefined claim forms with event management capability to send email notifications to employees as well.
Besides, the Claim management module enables advance payment and claim submission in multiple currencies, and help in regulating actual expenses against advances.
In addition, Greytip has also launched Proof of investment (POI) module integrated with Greytip Online, considering the fact that submitting investment declaration is a matter of concern for most of the Payroll and Finance Managers. In most of the companies, Investment declaration are done online by the employees for tax exemption at the beginning of the financial year and at the end of the financial year, they are required to submit the proof towards their declared investments. These proofs are verified against the original declaration and actuals are considered for tax computation
The Proof of Investment module in Greytip Online will take care of collection and verification of declared investment made by the employees against actual investment, sends reminder mails to employees about of approved and rejected proof items etc.
