Smartcleanse v2.0 released by Tracesmart

Smartcleanse is a unique product in the market place that allows complete control of data management processes, permitting users to conveniently upload, map and process their data in their own time, 24/7.

The self-serve portal is housed in a secure web based environment; delivering recently developed data cleansing and tracing services to varying industries. Large volumes of data can be processed and the results subsequently returned along with supporting management information (MI).

Following on from Tracesmart’s initial launch of Smartcleanse in 2012, the recent quarterly update includes increased security, improved MI reporting, product enhancements and the introduction of new products such as Smartlink, the company’s new batch tracing service. Smartlink screens data against a collection of key authoritative tracing industry databases; NCOA Update from Royal Mail, Autotrace from Experian, Locate from Equifax and Tracesmart’s proprietary Smartlink database.

Further advancements on the portal include an upgrade to Risk MSP, a product developed specifically for the Life and Pension industry. The marital status prediction process now provides additional key information in the output results. Risk MSP is an unequalled data enhancing product that allows companies to determine the potential risk within their scheme attributable to the marital status of their members.

Developments to the technical infrastructure of the Smartcleanse facility including server upgrades have also been implemented, delivering significant improvements in performance, generating greater processing capacity and increased speeds.
