The new Lake Oswego Design Center replaces the company’s former retail and hardware location on SW Boones Ferry Road in the Lake Grove area of Lake Oswego. The new facility is part of Pacific Lumber’s recent move to consolidate all operations at one headquarters facility. The design center is located at 5930 Jean Road in Lake Oswego.
The design center features beautiful cabinet, door and window displays. Customers who embark upon these major renovation projects can get professional advice from the professional staff in order to do the project themselves, or can have one of Pacific Lumber’s professionals complete the projects. Other displays are decking, fencing and outdoor living.
Also in the design center is a vast hardware, supply and project retail store. Customers can find supplies for home projects and get professional advice without the hassle of navigating the big box stores.

Company Consolidates Operations at Site
In addition to opening the new retail space, the move will also consolidate the companies operation bringing all personnel under one roof, as well as the new retail store. The site also will continue to house Pacific Lumber’s Truss manufacturing plant and its door & millwork division, which provides premier doors, windows, moulding and millwork.
The site was also attractive as Lake Oswego is at the geographic center of the companies’ commercial builder customer base making delivery logistics more streamlined. Pacific Lumber has long been a leader in supplying building materials to some of the area’s largest builders and contractors.
