Dr. Farnsworth invites all Lubbock community members to share a smile by nominating someone they know who has provided extraordinary contributions to the community. One lucky nominee will win a certificate for a free set of braces including a full comprehensive course of orthodontic care, an estimated value of $5,000.
People should email their nominations to lubbock@orthodon.com along with a brief description of why their nominee deserves to win comprehensive orthodontic treatment.
