PRLog - Feb. 5, 2013 - MORETON IN MARSH, U.K. -- The four principal directors of the AIM listed advertising and marketing group M&C Saatchi have each benefited from a gain of almost £1.7 million over the £97,250 they invested in the company’s share incentive scheme, according to a report published in Marketing Services Financial Intelligence.
M&C Saatchi directors' share awards
The scheme shares vested on 31 December 2012 and are now worth over £1.8 million to each director – or £7.3 million in total.
The report says that M&C Saatchi’s share price has enjoyed an almost continuous rise from its nadir of 26.5p in February 2009 to the 205p at which stands this week. The price rise since these particular share awards were initiated in October 2010 has been almost 100%. “So there may be lots of other M&C Saatchi shareholders with good reason to smile too”, the report’s editor Bob Willott said.
