Oscar Red Carpet Tasting at Wine ConneXtion!

PRLog (Press Release) - Feb. 5, 2013 - Roll out the red carpet; it’s time for the 85th annual Oscar Academy Awards®! In celebration, the experts at the Wine ConneXtion, located in North Andover, MA are laying out the scarlet welcome mat and hosting a complimentary tasting featuring wines from their favorite Hollywood star-associated vineyards from 12:00PM to 5:00PM on Saturday, February 23, 2013.


In a celebration as grandiose as the ceremony itself, guests will be treated like stars from the moment they get out of the car and walk down the red carpet. Wine enthusiasts will sip and vote for their favorite wines to win categories of Wine ConneXtion’s “Golden Glass” awards and voters will be entered for a chance to win a variety of special prizes! In addition to the tasting, guests will snack on complimentary gourmet popcorn from Michele’s Totally Awesome Gourmet Popcorn, located in Epsom, NH: the very same gourmet popcorn that will be sampled at the gifting suite at the Academy Awards the following day! Before they leave, guests will have a chance to snap a photo in front of the step and repeat backdrop and tweet the photo to #WCRedCarpet for the opportunity to be featured on the Wine Connextion’s website and social media pages. With this Hollywood setting it will be no surprise they’ll start to feel like celebrities themselves. Walk-ins welcome all day!
