Since opening in 2010, Wild Blue has rescued more than 425 dogs, cats and kittens. The number of cats highly outweighs the number of dogs with more than 320 cats rescued and adopted out. 2012 saw the number of dogs and cats rescued and placed into loving homes at over 195, with nearly all of those animals being cats. “There are many animals out there who need saving and that’s what we’re all about,” said Cross.
