The University of East London and Crisis Solutions sign partnership

Crisis Solutions, Europe’s leading crisis readiness company and the University of East London are delighted to announce a partnership agreement.

Feb. 4, 2013 - PRLog -- Crisis Solutions will provide postgraduate students with intern opportunities where they will enjoy unique opportunities to leverage their academic studies in a real-world business environment. Crisis Solutions and UEL will also work together to create a crisis management module as part of UEL’s outstanding MBA programme.

For their part, Crisis Solutions will benefit from accessing UEL’s world-class research programmes and facilities and have the opportunity to meet and learn from leading academics.

Too often the worlds of business and academia are wary of each other, they operate in parallel and rarely interact. Both Crisis Solutions and UEL believe that the two disciplines, while different, have much to learn from each other and both will benefit from closer ties.

Crisis Solutions’ CEO, Dennis Flynn, said: “this new partnership brings together business experience and leading edge academic work: it is an exciting initiative. We are proud to be working with the University of East London, and we look forward to building on these foundations.”

Dr Osman Khan, MBA Programme Director added: “This is a great fit for us. We are very career oriented here at UEL and do all we can to help students enter the world of business when they finish their studies. Working closely with Crisis Solutions is part of making that happen.”
