PRLog (Press Release) - Feb. 4, 2013 - 3 Chix Realty proudly announces a new addition to their Real Estate Firm, with pleasure the wonderful staff at 3 Chix Realty proudly announced today that Sonia Mulberry-Percle has joined the fabulous staff at 3 Chix Realty in Denham Springs La.  Sonia is filling the position of “Business Development Specialist/Agency Relations Coordinator."  Sonia is a self-published author of three books and has exceptional literary skills. She is currently the President of The American Legion Auxiliary Unit #557 in Gonzales, La. (A U.S. Government Chartered 5013c Charity Organization for Veterans that served during war times.) She organizes community events and charity fundraisers for Veterans, Political Candidates and local Faith-based Organizations.  Sonia has four years of experience as a Real Estate Sales Professional as well as having worked as a Public Relations Specialist in the Real Estate industry within the Greater Baton Rouge District.  She currently owns a Social Media Marketing & Advertising Consulting Service and has thorough knowledge in marketing new construction and upscale luxury properties.  Sonia will be responsible for developing and implementing new business marketing strategies, facilitating transactions management duties, event planning and providing support to new agents.
