Normally a road bicylist Moutain Biking will be a new challenge for Bart. In order to get ready for the Leadville 100 Bike Race he is doing an intense kettlebell workout. Mountain Biking requires more use out of your core than does road biking so Bart hopes that doing a daily routine of kettlebell exercises will help develop his core and get him to where he can compete in the Leadville Race.
