Mike Mayeux Appointed as 2013-14 RPOA President

Feb. 4, 2013 - PRLog -- Austin, TX -  February 4, 2013 – Mike Mayeux, founder and CEO at Novotus (http://www.novotus.com/), the leading Texas-based recruitment process outsourcing (http://www.novotus.com/recruiting-solutions) (RPO) company was appointed as the 2013-14 Recruitment Process Outsourcing Association (http://www.rpoassociation.org/) (RPOA) President. Mayeux is a co-founder of the RPOA and has served as a board member since it’s inception in 2005.

Mayeux has nearly 20 years experience in the talent acquisition industry and with his unique understanding of technology, consulting and recruiting, leads the Novotus team to accomplish the goal of reinventing talent acquisition.  Prior to forming Novotus 10 years ago, Mayeux was Practice Director at one of Oracle’s largest full-service consulting practices, ThinkSpark.  His management experience followed his tenure as Senior Sales Executive at Hire.com, where he worked with some of the world’s largest companies in purchasing and implementing enterprise-recruiting solutions. Additionally, Mayeux worked for Search One, an executive search firm.  He joined the company as a executive recruiter and advanced to COO, CIO and Partner.

The mission of the RPOA is to educate the market about Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO), incorporate common metrics and comparative information as defined by staffing.org, develop and enforce certifications and promote RPO benefits.
