Carrier comes to MPS Technical with more than 30 years of experience in the HR industry. Most recently, he was Director of Human Resources at a leading medical device manufacturing company in New Brighton, MN.

Carrier's 30 years of HR leadership include manufacturing companies that specialize in technology driven products such as medical devices and telecommunications. He has six plant start-ups to his credit, including Schindler Elevator Corporation’
As president of MPS Technical, Carrier hopes to echo the "voice of the customer", carrying it into all aspects of sourcing, selection and placement processes. Moreover, he seeks to build long-term organizational value for its ownership and achieve "preferred employer" status by implementing best practices in career development planning for MPS sourcing and sales professionals.
