PRLog - Feb. 4, 2013 - The author, Leslie Uhl, says,“I found that many people were struggling with knowing what to do, what they could eat, and how to know if foods and ingredients were going to make them sick or not. I wanted to help people know that they could easily access this information and know that they could have a healthy body and eat really well at the same time.”
Living Gluten Free
She has found that there are several key steps to take to start living gluten free:
• Cleaning your kitchen and home thoroughly and removing all possible contaminants.
• Becoming familiar with the most common food ingredients containing gluten.
• Learning to read all labels thoroughly and getting comfortable with calling manufacturers.
These three steps are just the beginning of living gluten free.
Everything you need to know to start living a gluten free life is documented thoroughly and easily put into practice in “Living Gluten Free”, available now at http://www.amazon.com/
Leslie Uhl has always enjoyed healthful foods, though she only started to research the connection between food and health after her children were born. She met many parents with kids that had food allergies and gluten and lactose intolerance. It made her think about how her children reacted to some of these high allergen foods. She started to experiment with her own kids...and her own body. She started to research nutrition and what is actually IN the foods we eat, and found that what we put into our bodies makes a huge difference in how we feel emotionally, how we react to the world around us, and our physical health.
Her mission is to support people and arm them with the knowledge that they can eat for their health while eating great food, and living life with energy and joy. She is locally known as an alternate-food expert as well as for creating delicious food.
