In the past twelve months: • IntApp added 63 new law firm customers, including 19 in the newly-entered Asia Pacific region • IntApp licensed 155 additional products to existing law firm customers IntApp announced client wins including: Arnold Bloch Leibler, Bell Gully, Benesch, Friedlander, Coplan & Aronoff, Burr & Forman, Cooper Grace Ward, McKenna Long & Aldridge, Miles & Stockbridge, Minter Ellison SA/NT, SJ Berwin, and Stites & Harbison. In 2012, IntApp also grew internal headcount by over 45%, with significant investments in R&D, client support, professional services and account management staff. Other 2012 Achievements: • Risk Practice – For the fourth straight year, an independent survey conducted by the International Legal Technology Association (ILTA) found that the overwhelming majority of law firms with 150 or more lawyers that use commercial software to enforce confidentiality and information security restrictions have selected IntApp Wall Builder. · • Revenue Practice – IntApp announced the addition of unique governance and compliance capabilities to Time Builder, providing real-time validation of time entries against e-billing guidelines to streamline lawyer time recording and enhance firm billing and collection practices. • Integration Practice – IntApp launched the Integration Builder LiveTemplate Exchange, which provides IT architects and developers with direct access to over 200 integration templates created by IntApp, IntApp service and software partners, and the extensive Integration Builder user community. These project templates enable organizations to rapidly address common challenges including user provisioning and distribution list management.
