ICEoxford restructures end user training program

The quality of end user training will impact the performance of the equipment, its useful life and its return on investment. It is therefore very important for equipment supplier to constantly review their end user training programs so as to ensure that they deliver the best quality training to their clients.

News of ICEoxford’s restructuring its end user training program has therefore been lauded by industry players as a step in the right direction. The quality of the program and its focus on the specific technical aspects of each machine and piece of equipment is expected to improve customer satisfaction and the useful life of the equipment the company supplies to its customers.

One of the changes that have been implemented in the end user program is the introduction of worldwide customer site training for international clients as well as training at the ICE factory. This allows clients to choose the option that is most convenient for them.
