Kick your Valentines celebrations off with a whole evening of entertainment on Friday 15th February with a Haunted Tavern Tour of Stratford upon Avon, led by the notorious Stratford legend that is Dashing Jack. Jack with his roguish charms will lead you and your loved one around the streets, graveyards and secret alleyways of Stratford. On Saturday 16th February Shakespeare will lead his usual walking tour at 2.00pm. This unique tour of the town is the ideal way to treat that special someone. For Valentine’s day, you will be giving them William Shakespeare himself, who will present every lady with a rose. This tour is the only way you can meet the bard. Who better than the greatest writer in the English to language to serenade the love of your life with some of his beautiful love poetry. The tour costs just £4.50 and is an ideal way to work up an appetite for a romantic lunch.
For those couples that are perhaps a little more daring they may enjoy a Lantern Lit Tour of England's most haunted building. The Falstaff Experience museum shot to fame in the paranormal world in 2004 when it was visit by 'Most Haunted Live'. Couples can cuddle in the shadows as their guide tells them grisly tales of the buildings tragic past. Tours are every day of the week at 6:00pm and 6:00pm, 7:00pm, 8:00pm and 9pm on Saturdays. Book on the tour on Thursday 14th or 16th and the lady shall also receive a free red rose. This unique experience costs just £7.50 per person.
