Now with nothing but empty promises, you are probably sick and tired and willing to do just about anything to rid yourself of the property. I am sure that you have thought about why your house still has not sold as of yet. You may be thinking, does my Realtor have too many clients? Am I now lost in the mix? Does my Realtor's office have a true support system? Perhaps they lack true expertise, or maybe they have caved under your unrealistic demands. As an example, if the quality of your home (appearance, staging, cleanliness, paint, maintenance) increases, the time on market will decrease.
