VEMA Awards Announces their 2013 (Multimedia Awards) Call for Entries

Feb. 4, 2013 - PRLog -- The VEMA Awards announces a Call for Entries for their 5th annual multimedia awards competition.

--The VEMA Awards announces it has opened the submission window for entries in its 2013 competition. The VEMA Awards is an annual international award honoring excellence in the multimedia arts and the visual creativity of today’s artist.

"The VEMA Award program is a wonderful opportunity for dedicated artists in the multimedia community to have their work recognized.” said R. Dean Bernal, executive director of the VEMA Awards. "We believe that creativity matters in our world and it is important to acknowledge the product of an artist’s vision. We encourage both individuals and organizations to enter their dynamic work in this year’s program.”

The annual VEMA Awards are given in the following categories: online film and video; websites; film and video and television productions; design and print; training and educational; and mobile web and apps and 3-D. Within these primary categories, there are numerous sub-categories for specialized consideration.

All individuals, agencies, departments, companies, and organizations involved in creating, designing, or producing multimedia materials may submit their work at the VEMA Awards website. All entries must have been produced after January 1, 2011 and must be received by May 24, 2013. There is a $90 submission fee with an early entry discount available until March 15, 2013.

The winners will be announced after the close of the May 24th, 2013 submission window and the final judging.
