We are looking for candidates with work experience in Scientific Technical and Medical(STM) Books and journals in the following areas:

Quality Control(Job Code: QU 13-3)

Jobe Description: The candidate must have experience in STM books and journals with good exposure in proofredading and style checking. Knowledge in PDF compare, PitStip, checking and Mathtype will be an added advantage.

Desired Skills and Experience:
Education: M.A., M.Sc., B.A., or any Graduate with relevant experience.

Experience: 3+ years fo experience in STM Quality checking
Technical Skill: Microsoft Word 2007 and adobe Acrobat professional

Copy Editing(Job Code: CE 13-1)
Jobe Description: The candidate should be able to copyedit STM books and journals, proofred and apply styles to content for manuscript file in MS Word or Tex.

Desired Skills and Experience:
Education: M.Sc., or equivalent degree, Should have completed entire education in English medium.

Experience:2+ years in CE level 1 and 3+ years in CE level 2 with knowledge of MS Word 2007

Translator - German Language(Job Code: TGL 13-3)
Job Description: The candidate is required to understan and translate instruction given by the production editor/author(s) in german language into English. It is not a word to word translation from German to English: Instead, the meaning of the instruction in German languapge has to be properly interpreted and communicated to the production teams.

Desired Skills and Experience:
Education: Graduate/Pst gradute in German Langupage or completed B1.2 to B2.3 level from Max Mueller Bhavan or any other equivalent degree.

Experience: 0 to 2 years in German language exposure
Soft Skill: Good written and verbal communication German and English
Technical Skill: Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

InDesign Paginator(Job Code: IPG 13-3)
Job Description: The candidate should have at least 2 yrs of experience in InDesign pagination in STM books and journals, knowledge of XML based pagination will be an added advantage.

Desired Skills and Experience:
Education: B.A., B.com., Diploma in printing or any graduate with relevant skills
Experience: 2+ years in InDesign pagination for books and journals
