TheatresCool Expands to Chicago with Improv Classes

Feb. 1, 2013 - PRLog -- TheatresCool is excited to expand its already successful acting training program by announcing Improvisational Theatre, taught by Chicago improv artist, Lizzie Daniels, this winter. Classes are held at the Chicago Dramatists Theatre.  Students will learn the basics of improvisational theatre, how to perform it, and learn confidence, team work, flexibility, and thinking on the spot. Explore your new skills in a supportive environment where there are no mistakes, just opportunities!

Improvisational Theatre with Lizzie Daniels

Tuesdays, beginning February 26th at Chicago Dramatists

Kids 8-12: 6:00pm-7:00pm

Teens 13-17: 7:00pm-8:30pm

Adults 18+:  8:30pm-10:30pm

Each session is $250, plus a $25 registration fee, which includes eight weeks of training and an end of session showcase performance. TheatresCool students are able to develop and perfect their craft while learning from the most knowledgeable working artists in the industry.

TheatresCool Alumni have gone on to be accepted to major university acting programs, as well as professional acting jobs with agent representation. Professional Actor, Producer, Director and Producer Kymberly Harris is an MFA Actors Studio graduate, director and playwright, who gives students the tools and skills they need to succeed in professional acting.
