PRLog (Press Release) -
Feb. 1, 2013 - Starting in Spring 2013, Ford Motor Company will discontinue the Lincoln Town Car in a move that will radically change "people's everyday experience" of using a limousine service in North America. Since the early 90's, Lincoln Town Car proved to be a reliable and luxury means of transportation for the black car industry, reaching to 75% of North America limousines' fleet. Global Limo Service owns an extensive fleet of Lincoln Town Cars too. Our Town Cars proved over years as a reliable companion for our chauffeurs, providing luxury transportation services to executives, business partners, tourists and local individuals alike. It is no wonder that all of us at Global Limo Service became sentimental when we heard that the Town Car will get discontinued. This change would not only influence our business proposal but also most limousine companies in North America and in a sense cities' aesthetics as a whole.
Imagine, soon the prom queen will use a different limousine, in front of the airports, other stretched limos will replace the existing Town Cars, in front of most business centers and hotels across North America will see a change too. There is no way you cannot become sentimental.
But, as the body-on-frame sedan drives off into the sunset, livery owners and riders will be comforted by a familiar name adorning its replacement:
the Lincoln MKT Town Car. Livery and limousine versions of Lincoln's new full-size sedan are ready to fill their cargo spaces with Samsonites and Louis Vuittons as they transport anyone from the fashion queen to wedding couples and company executives.
