Truman Children’s Neurological Center.
By: Effective Sales Development, Inc. “Non-Profit Organizations frequently reach out to us for guidance in growth. Non-Profits give so much to our community and work so hard to help others, that sometimes they don’t have the resources left to help themselves. They don’t invest in training and development, because they feel like they would be taking money or resources away from hungry, sick or otherwise needy people. In reality, training and development with their staff can enable them to help many more people by growing their capabilities and resources. That’s why we are stepping up to make this choice easy for them.” said Steve Montague, President of Effective Sales Development, authorized franchisee for Sandler Training in Kansas City. Sandler Training awarded the opportunity for James Landrum of TNC Community to receive a scholarship worth $20,000 of professional development training on January 1, 2013. The scholarship will include one full-year of the award winning Strategic Management Solutions Program, and one full-year of the President’s Club Professional Development Program, including Sandler Training’s business networking course. This is nearly 200 hours of live professional development training, as well as access to 1000’s of additional hours of audio and video training in Sander Online. Non-Profit Organizations add tremendous value to the economy, community, and the people they serve around Kansas City. Regardless of the mission they have, almost every Non-Profit needs to generate revenue to sustain their efforts. Unfortunately, it is very common for them to realize they lack the resources to help to grow the organization, and help all the people in need. The visionary leadership who guide these Non-Profits frequently need to look outside the organization to find the help, and that’s where Sandler Training can assist them. “We are excited to offer this opportunity. This scholarship program will allow TNC Community access to some the best interpersonal communication and business development resources available.” said Montague. “We have helped hundreds of companies grow their business over the last 18 years in Kansas City, and it will be honor to give back by helping a Non-Profit experience the same success.” Applications for next year’s Non-Profit Scholarship will be accepted online at http://www.effectivesales.sandler.com/ About TNC Community Since 1949, TNC Community (Harry S.
