Citybuzz Marketing Enjoying Team Building Nights
Manchester, UK, January 2013 – One ritual that Citybuzz Marketing have developed is to socialise out of the office on team building nights.
“There’s something important when you are building relationships with people at work to get to know them out of the office,” said CEO, Lawrence Randall this week. He added, “It gives you a chance to get to know everyone personally and not talk about work for a change.”
For some events, the team at Citybuzz Marketing invite their partners and families along to social events so that everyone can be introduced. “It’s nice when you finally get to put faces to names and meet people that you have heard so much about!” said Ann Wilson, head of Citybuzz Marketing Business Development.
There is a whole array of activities the team are looking to plan this year as well as visiting local bars and restaurants in Manchester City Centre. The team are working hard to hit their first quarter goals, January figures are due to be released this week.
