Unite, the UK's largest Trade Union, which owned and occupied the building has moved to modern premises in the city's Blackness Road.
Andy Boal, head of Ryden's Dundee office reports that there was a very encouraging level of interest in the property from business occupiers and residential and leisure developers leading to tight competition at the closing date.
