Kelsi grew up in Laurel, Montana and after twelve years of school, she wanted to further her education by pursuing a four year bachelor degree at Bozeman, Montana. She first wanted to be a Psychology major but then realized that it wasn’t the right career choice. Shortly after starting Psychology she decided to go with business, particularly selling, so she switched over to business marketing.
After two years of pursuing a bachelor degree, she decided she wanted to travel to a different school through the NSE program to get more of an experience. Upon deciding, she had two choices of other accredited business schools. Kelsi's first choice was William Paterson University located in Wayne New Jersey, directly outside of NYC. She chose this over her second option, Hawaii Pacific, because she wanted to get more affiliated with a metropolitan area. She knew that as she got older, she would want to live in a bigger city which is another reason why William Paterson was superior over Hawaii Pacific. Kelsi stated "I had a great learning experience by networking with other students from other parts of the country and it also challenged me by completely taking me out of my comfort zone and the Montana way of life."
Upon returning to Montana, she had two more years to finish her bachelor degree in marketing. During this time, she felt it would be a great idea to get a minor in Entrepreneurship as she knew someday she would like to start her own business. Kelsi is currently taking her last class for this minor and it has been a wonderful hands on experience. Deciding what market to enter is still very questionable but these classes and working with Lowell Thomas Tool http//:www.jackclamp.com have been very helpful stepping stones in furthering her education in Entrepreneurship.
The second student to join the Lowell Thomas Tool team is Ryan D’Agostino who was borne and raised in Bozeman. He is currently working on a degree in Management and a minor in small business and entrepreneurship. With this degree he is hoping to one day run his own business. Ryan stated "The main purpose that my degree focuses on is motivating people along with an understanding of accounting and marketing." He will graduate in May and then will start working for his Dad and uncle in North Dakota.
When he is not going to school, Ryan spends much of his time in the woods where he loves to hunt and fish or if he is not working, he spends a lot of time at the lake. Ryan is a hard worker and enjoys working with other people and he believes those characteristics will help make him a successful businessman in the future.
While working with Lowell Thomas Tool,Inc., Ryan and Kelsi will get real world experience making marketing and management decisions and see the results of those decisions. Their marketing training will be put to use in promoting the JackClamp through social media avenues.
