Silver Fox unveils new cable labels at Data Centre World 2013 Stand L50

PRLog (Press Release) - Jan. 31, 2013 - Silver Fox is to showcase its latest labelling solutions at Data Centre World 2013, the UK’s largest dedicated data centre event, which this year takes place at London’s Excel Centre between 27th and 28th February.  The Silver Fox stand will include the new Fox-Flo® Zero Halogen Tie on Cable Labels, along with further solutions that have established Silver Fox as a leading UK brand in state-of-the-art labelling products.

Fox-Flo® tie-on cable labels are low-smoke, zero-halogen and UV-stable, offering safe and efficient labelling with minimal emissions in applications where low smoke zero-halogen products are specified.  As well as offering strength and flexibility, these labels can be printed swiftly and easily using the Silver Fox Plug'N'Play thermal printer and associated Labacus Innovator software.

Both the ‘Advanced’ and ‘Professional’ levels of the software include a unique automated web update module enabling the engineer to use the most up-to-date release absolutely free of charge.  Both software levels also include all the templates for the extensive range of Silver Fox A4 laser labels. These can be printed on a standard office laser printer. The latest ‘Professional’ software release also includes a powerful facility, allowing the engineer if needed, to produce different quantities of each cable ident.  This is ideal for cable runs of different lengths, where labelling is required every 5m.

Also on display at the show will be Silver Fox’s new design Fibre Optic Flag Labels, a durable solution with strong adhesive that enables the labels to be applied with good alignment, quickly and easily.  These labels are not only a reliable solution but also convenient to output, as they are supplied as pre-cut A4 sheets that can be loaded into any standard office laser printer.

The latest labelling solutions from Silver Fox enhance reliability and efficiency, and the company continues to achieve these developments by choosing to work closely with engineers and designers in the data and telecom industry.
