In addition to writing quality keyword rich interesting content the real estate agent in the new age of high tech must also utilize other tools such as being sure that your site is optimized for mobile devices and linking up social media networks such as Twitter and Facebook to auto post your blog posts in your Facebook posts and Twitter feed. Add in YouTube videos for all of your listings and set them to post when loaded to your social media networks as well. Be sure to utilize keyword rich descriptions for your videos and put the url beginning with http to the beginning of your descriptions and then your phone number and contact info – this way this information will show up first in what is extracted and shown in search results.
Proper utilization of online marketing methods such as blogging and social media networking takes time and takes a little work but it is long lasting and other than the investment in time is not a high cost endeavor unless one utilizes the services of a professional to do the work for them.
