Help-U-Sell® Real Estate Announces New Franchise Office in California

Jan. 30, 2013 - PRLog -- Set-fee franchisor Help-U-Sell® Real Estate is pleased to announce the opening of a new office in San Ramon, Calif. The new franchise owner has past experience with Help-U-Sell Real Estate.

Greg McPherson owned a Help-U-Sell franchise from 2003 to 2008. Since then, he has run an independent brokerage, but he is excited to rejoin Help-U-Sell Real Estate.

“The timing is right, and I’ve always believed in the concept,” said McPherson. “Help-U-Sell is who I am. It’s something I strongly believe in, and it sells itself.”

Instead of the traditional percentage-based commission, Help-U-Sell Real Estate charges its sellers a set fee and a menu of services, allowing clients to participate in the selling process to save as much money as they would like. The official opening date is scheduled for Feb. 1, 2013.
