PRLog (Press Release) -
Jan. 30, 2013 - Bob Kish of N.P.H.I. is the owner and Inspector of Niagara Peninsula Home Inspections and he is committed to educating all his clients on the home that they are looking at. A house is a complex structure made up of many systems that work with each other. If you change one aspect you might create a problem with another. For example if you air seal a house and you have high humidity levels without proper ventilation there is the possibility of creating a mold problem. So during an inspection Bob prefers that the client be present and follow him around so he can point out certain concerns, add some advice on normal maintenance issues and possible energy saving tips. There is so much to a house that people take for granted and need to be educated. People take their cars in for check ups all the time but when it comes to their biggest investment they slack off.
As a Certified Home Inspector and Certified Energy Advisor, Bob has a very extensive education chalking up thousands of hours of education along with work experience in building maintenance, mold and asbestos abatement, construction in multiple trades and having completed over 2000 energy and home inspections. Even with this experience, Bob is comited to further education to keep up with the changes.
