Lane, a Board Certified Healthcare Executive with over 25 years of leadership experience in hospitals, and outpatient medical and dental practices, most recently served as Senior Administrator for Cypress Healthcare Partners in Monterey, CA, where he provided executive leadership for several primary and specialty physician offices and supervised the construction of a large primary care facility. A 21-year veteran of the armed forces, Lane served as both an enlisted Navy Hospital Corpsman and as a Naval Officer in the Medical Service Corps whose duties included providing front-line care for U.S. Marines as well as serving roles as an Emergency Medical Technician; Medical Administrator and Radiation Health Officer on the aircraft carrier Abraham Lincoln; and Officer-in-Charge at a Navy clinic in Monterey as well as at the Naval Hospital in Naples, Italy.

Lane, who began his career in healthcare as a Certified Nurse’s Aide/Certified Medication Aide at a skilled nursing facility in Kansas, holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from National University, a Master of Science in Human Resources from the Naval Postgraduate School in Monterey, and a Master of Business Administration from Golden Gate University, San Francisco. Additionally, Lane is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE) and a Certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR).
