According to one of the on staff midwives Lisa Johnson (http://www.charlottemidwife.com), "The new expansion is gorgeous and will attract all kinds of new clientele. Plus, a classroom for our various free classes that will in no way affect any active labor births."
The alterations in ownership was recent, but change always encourages new growth. Everyone involved with the new changes are excited to see the advancement in the current operating structure, and in the facility itself.
The facility offers women safe and natural alternatives to hospital birth. Clients will take comfort in the fact that 95% of women can have a natural childbirth and completely avoid forceps, C-Sections, IV’s, episiotomy, mind/body altering drugs and vacuum extractions.
