Whitesands Capital In Hong Kong Announce The Appointment Of Damian Dunkley.

Jan. 29, 2013 - PRLog -- Whitesands Capital, one of Asia’s leading private wealth management firms, founded in 1999 in the Asian Pacific Regional investment hub of Hong Kong today announced that Damian Dunkley has been named the companies new Chief Operating Officer. In this new position, Dunkley will be responsible for overseeing the wealth management firm’s day-to-day operations, credit and risk administration and compliance. Prior to his new position, Dunkley served as chief credit officer for the past twelve years for one of Hong Kong’s largest banking institutions.

Before moving to Asia in 2001, Dunkley worked as a corporate banker for a main high street bank in Minnesota with a marketing emphasis role on established corporation operating between $10 and $25 million in revenue. In 1996, a career move took him to work for at the head office of one of the US biggest banks in Washington as a commercial account officer specialist where he focused on lending to commercial business and real estate. During his time in Washington, he was sent on assignment to Hong Kong.

Whitesands Capital new Chief Operating Officer Damian Dunkley obtained his Bachelor of Arts and Masters of Science in Business Management from the University of Minnesota. Originally from Birchwood, Minnesota. Dunkley now resides in Hong Kong with his wife and two sons. Dunkley is involved with local Expatriates Rotary Clubs, he also does a lot of Charity work for both the local community and international charities, and he has taken part and finished in the Hong Kong marathon since 2008 and has contributed over $50,000 USD to his various charities.
