The four projects included the David and Lucile Packard Foundation, The San Francisco 49er’s new Santa Clara Stadium, Moffett Towers in Sunnyvale and San Jose’s Merritt Trace Elementary School. ICS was a member of the construction and design team that worked on each of the projects.

ICS is in the process of designing and ultimately commissioning the fire alarm and life safety systems for the new San Francisco 49er’s stadium, which won the Structures Award for Most Creative Deal. ICS also built out the AV prototypes for luxury suites and club seats at the New Santa Clara Stadium Preview Center in Santa Clara.
ICS programmed and installed the energy saving AV and teleconferencing systems at the David and Lucile Packard Foundation, which was named the Best Green Project (Private) by Structures.
The eight-building office center Moffett Tower was designated Best Speculative Deal by Structures in honor of developer Jay Paul Company. ICS designed and built out Moffett Tower’s state-of-the-
Trace Elementary, named Best Public/Civic Project, was destroyed by fire in July 2011. As part of an emergency contract to build out 25 temporary portable classrooms so the school could open in September, ICS participated on a design build basis to provide communication system wiring and installation within the portables. ICS then contracted to install the communication systems wiring in the new school facility itself, which re-opened in September 2012. Trace Elementary became an award winning project because of the dedication, creativity and commitment of the entire construction team. ICS was responsible for the fire alarm system, security system, public address system and master clock and AV system in each portable classroom and in the newly rebuilt school.
