This webinar was created with small business owners and human resources managers in mind and aims to inform attendees about the rules about Grandfather Plan status for 2014, how to handle collectively-bargained plans and how to properly claim excepted benefits. This segment is HRCI pre-approved offers 1 continuing education (CE) credit.
