Jan. 28, 2013 - PRLog -- In 2012, SEC Group worked with many corporate clients including McDonalds and the Urban Group.

One of the major projects the SEC Group delivered in 2012 was the implementation of the Dual Point system into the majority of McDonald’s stores in New South Wales. The SEC Group installed equipment that generates a sales receipt at the first station where customers order and pay. Customers then take the ticket to the second counter, where they receive their food. This system allows McDonald’s employees to focus solely on their specific responsibilities and delivers greater accuracy when collating orders for customers.

Andrew Khoury, Director of SEC Group says, "By integrating Dual Point into their existing system, the McDonalds restaurants will be more efficient, speed up service delivery and ensure the correct orders are delivered to the right customer. It's a cost effective solution that will make the experience of dining at the restaurant a more positive one with faster and more accurate service.”

SEC Group partnered with Innovateq for this Dual Point project. Innovateq is a leader in the IT and AV technology services industry, creating cost-effective marketing solutions that deliver rapid returns on investment. They use extensive industry experience to create comprehensive 'end-to-end' IT solutions for their clients.

Another successful partnership in 2012 involved the Urban Group, a company that specializes in property and real estate. The Urban Group currently contracts SEC to install energy efficient lights such as LED down lights and florescent tubes for their clients. SEC is able to retro fit new lights into existing light fittings, saving more than just the future energy cost reduction.

"With the rapid rising costs of energy in New South Wales, home and business owners are looking to cut down on power spend wherever possible. We are proud to be able use our industry leading skills to update premises with energy efficient lights and other cost saving solutions," says Khoury.

The Sydney Electrical Communications (SEC) Group is a professional company dedicated to serving residential and commercial clients with its team of highly qualified electricians and contractors. SEC strive to complete work on time at exceptional standards, no matter what size the job.
