The latest video in the initiative, ‘Viking Value’, is intended to showcase Viking River Cruises’ top-value cruises, emphasising the line’s commitment to a cruise experience where everything is included within the cost of the holiday, from return travel and transfers to shore expeditions, meals and on-board enrichment programmes. The new video will be hosted on the line’s own YouTube channel, as well as being embedded in the company’s website, where it can be found on the ‘what’s included’ page.
Managing Director of Viking River Cruises, Wendy Atkin-Smith, said: “Video content is vital in showcasing our fantastic product to existing and potential customers. The Viking Value video also goes a long way in educating those that are new to river cruising and Viking and provides the perfect outlet for us to demonstrate everything we have to offer.”
Viking River Cruises have also worked with DRTV to create their current TV advertisements, and offer cruises which travel to a number of European, Russian and Asian rivers. The company currently operates a fleet of 39 vessels, with plans to unveil 16 more ships by the end of 2013, with a further eight vessels planned for 2014.
DRTV Specialise in advertising travel and holidays, and have worked with Viking River Cruises since the beginning of 2011. The company’s David Pearson commented:
