Domenica’s new career in the lettings industry follows numerous years working as personal assistant and right hand woman to the managing directors of a marquee and big top hire company. Prior to that she gained experience of more permanent dwellings as assistant manager for a new homes and re-sales estate agent and worked as a sales negotiator for a nationwide estate agent.
Working with estate agents gave Domenica an insight into the property market and this developed into a genuine interest in all aspect of property and housing.
“For various reasons there has been a shift away from property ownership in the U.K. and the lettings industry is on the increase with people now beginning to accept renting as the norm,” says Domenica. “I noticed this trend and it led me to investigate the lettings industry as a career opportunity. My research introduced me to the Belvoir franchisee offering and the company’s nationally accredited award winning service gave me the confidence to take the plunge and become my own boss.”

Domenica ‘s daughter Daniella is currently at university but has plans to join Domenica in the Belvoir office after graduation.
