The Prodigal Pup is the TRUE story of one dirty pup and one friendly missionary who takes the puppy home and cleans him up. The pup loves his new home and master, but he still loves playing in the mud. The pup is soon torn between obeying his master and doing what he thinks is fun until his fun gets him into a heap of trouble. Children will learn about the concepts of sin and salvation and repentance and forgiveness in The Prodigal Pup.
Brown is 17 years old and lives with her parents and two brothers and their pets. She spends her time between early college classes and her secretary job, while trying to find extra time for music (piano, flute, and singing), her dogs, and her writing projects. Ever since she was a young girl, some of her poetry has appeared in different magazines, and one of her stories won first prize in a children's writing contest. It has always been her dream to see one of her books published. Now that dream has come true—twice.
The Prodigal Pup is published by TEACH Services, and is available through the publisher’s Web site (http://www.TEACHServices.com), Amazon, Barnes & Noble, or local bookstores by request.
