MN Rocker MARTIN ZELLAR kicks of Moonshine 2013 season.

PRLog (Press Release) - Jan. 28, 2013 - With its inaugural show of the 2013 Season, Moonshine Showcase continues to produce big concerts at the Broadway Theater in the small community of Wabasha.  Minnesota’s own, Martin Zellar will grace the stage Saturday, February 2nd armed with his guitar, dynamic voice, and timeless hits.  As he has for decades, Zellar continues today as a cornerstone of the MN rock scene.  Opening for Zellar is also MN native, Ben Kyle.  Kyle, like Zellar has built a resume of impressive work with his Minneapolis based band Romantica.

While in its 4th year of operation, this will be Moonshine Showcase’s second “Season”.  Owner of Moonshine Showcase, Barry Hill has been impressed with the amount of support from the community.  “We had about 50 season memberships last year.  This year, we retained all of those members and added more!”.  Although Mr. Hill was not surprised that most people came back, he was surprised at the eagerness of people to rejoin as members. “Most of the memberships we sold were before anyone even knew the yearly lineup.”  Hill continued “Now that they are in, I have to deliver.  And this show will.”  The mantra of Moonshine Showcase is to bring big shows to a small town.  “In this case, we have the small town part covered and Martin Zellar will take care of the rest” says Hill.
