With parades twice daily, celebrity sports stars, and hundreds of vehicles to enjoy, the many hundreds of thousands of visitors had plenty to look at while at the show. The opener saw over 100,000 people walk through the doors at the 2013 Detroit Auto Show while the weekend as a whole closed out at more than 208,000 visitors.
Highlights of the Public Show since it opened:
· A flash mob broke out in the middle of the NAIAS
· American Red Cross hosted a blood drive
· Parades
· Cars, cars and even more cars
· Raffles, giveaways, and much more…
Also, not only has the Public Show been a great turnout so far, but the Charity Preview that took place on January 18 had seen 13,069 people who had attended. The Charity Preview is a fundraiser that is held to help benefit many children in need.
