The Jumpoff, A Live Sketch Comedy Show, Debuts at MIST Harlem on January 29th

PRLog (Press Release) - Jan. 26, 2013 - New York based marketing and branding firm, The High End Agency will partner with Harlem’s newest cultural center, MIST Harlem, to launch the first installment of the live sketch comedy show, The Jumpoff. The Jumpoff is a monthly, two hour, multi-media, comedic experience featuring original comedic film shorts, stand up, and sketch comedy produced and performed by the aptly titled, Jumpoff Comedy Troupe.

The Jumpoff Comedy Troupe consists of Jelani Bellamy, Brandi Washington, Carl Foreman, Anthony Gaskins, Vanessa Shealy, Chay Lee, and Lindsay Strachan, and will be hosted by Rick Younger (Regular on NBC’s “Guys Tell All” with Katie Lee and Hoda”, “Morning Glory”, It’s Showtime at the Apollo).  Music will be provided by DJ Pr!nce.

Located in the Kalahari Condominiums on 116th Street near Lenox Avenue, MIST Harlem hosts the 130 seat restaurant Harvist and three intimate theaters that present the best film, live music, spoken word, comedy and plays from the African and Latino diaspora.
